London Ontario’s only Postpartum Return to Run Program

Do you want to get back to running after your baby but aren’t sure what to do first?

Are you nervous about starting back to running and want to make sure you don’t have bladder leaks or other pelvic floor symptoms?

Don’t worry! We’ve got you!

If you have goals of getting back to running after baby or returning to sports, this 8 week group physio class is perfect.

Strides & Strength is a combination of running drills and strength training so you can support your postpartum body and recovery. 

​Led by a registered physiotherapist, the program has such intentional programming that you won’t be second guessing your progress. We are here to help you navigate any symptoms that you have so you can get your stride back.

Details:

This 8 week program has both an indoor & outdoor component. There is one in-person session and one at-home session each week.

Babies are welcome to join!

Total Cost: $440 for the 8 week session ($55/weekly)

(may be covered under physiotherapy services for some insurance plans )
