Hi, I’m Karla Van Beveren!
Clinic Owner, Sport and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
MPT, BA Ex.Sci, Sport Diploma
I have spent years working as a sport physiotherapist in high performance sports settings, helping athletes compete on the highest international stage.
But I spent the first year of my postpartum journey not really knowing how to get back to sport. I tried a little of this and a little of that and I still wasn’t feeling myself.
I had taken all the sports physio courses and credentials. I've even been a part of medical teams at multiple World Championships and the Olympic Games and this postpartum time was a whole new world.
After seeing how pelvic health rehab influenced my return to sport, I was hooked. Now my physiotherapy practice is where the world of sports performance and injury management collides with pelvic health.
Having this unique angle can take your rehab to the next level. With performance goals in mind, each session is tailored to what you need to get you back in the game, rehab your injury and navigate the changes of life.
Jaclyn Viehweger
Orthopaedic and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Movement and sport have always been at the centre of my life. My background as a competitive athlete inspired me to pursue a career in physiotherapy, where I developed a deep appreciation for how the body adapts, heals, and performs.
I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at McMaster University, including a clinical placement at a pelvic physiotherapy clinic in Edinburgh, Scotland, where I witnessed its profound impact on quality of life. This experience shaped my passion for helping individuals regain confidence and strength in their bodies.
My practice blends movement-based rehabilitation, evidence-informed exercise, and education to help people recover from injury, enhance performance, and return to the activities they love.
I take pride in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
